Something’s happening in my relationship or family

Most young people who experience sexual assault or sexual abuse, experience it from family members like brothers, sisters, cousins, in-laws, etc.

Because you are in a relationship with someone or someone is your family member, it doesn’t give them the right to hurt you physically or sexually.

Your boyfriend, siblings, cousins or husband should NEVER force you to do anything sexual that you do not want to do.

If someone you are in a relationship with or a member of your family has sexually assaulted you, you can call us and speak to a counsellor.
